Christina Morgan is part of the Common Interest Development and Real Estate Transaction Practice Groups.

Ms. Morgan has extensive experience working with homebuilders and developers in the building industry, with a special expertise working with the California Bureau of Real Estate (“Cal BRE”). Prior to working in the legal profession, she worked for a title insurance company and a construction materials distributor. Collectively, Ms. Morgan has been involved in hundreds of Southern California communities that are now home to thousands of residents, including San Elijo Hills, Civita, Del Sur, La Costa, and Otay Ranch.

As part of the Common Interest Development Practice Group, Ms. Morgan reviews and drafts governance, sales, and disclosure documents in connection with the subdivision and sale of common interest developments, including condominiums, mixed-use projects, and master-planned communities. As part of the Real Estate Transaction Practice Group, Ms. Morgan reviews due diligence materials, including title and survey, searches land records, and drafts documents associated with real property acquisitions, dispositions, and lending.

Ms. Morgan is currently studying at the University of San Diego School of Law, where she is a candidate for Juris Doctor.
