We are looking for law students and attorneys who will grow into the role of trusted advisors for our clients and successfully engage in effective advocacy, candid collaboration and strategic leadership. Summer Associate Program
Our Summer Associate Program gives one to three qualified candidates with outstanding academic credentials, abilities and accomplishments genuine exposure to our practice and clientele. Assignments from our practice groups are based on existing demand and client needs. We provide opportunities for participating in both transactions and litigation proceedings, including substantial client contact.
We encourage summer associates to participate fully in the firm’s day-to-day life and social activities. This provides an engaging way for each associate to learn more about our firm and our lawyers, and for us to learn more about them. Our goal is to provide valuable work experience and the opportunity for associates to discover whether our firm is an environment in which they can see themselves building a career.
Laterals
We review prospective lateral hires on a select basis to ensure commitment to the firm’s culture and values. We also consider their existing client relationships or prospect of developing a clientele, as well as their breadth and depth of practice expertise. Our focus is making certain a lawyer who joins us laterally shares our commitment to our clientele and the longevity of our firm.
