Jerold H. Goldberg
Jerry Goldberg’s practice concentrates on litigation and risk management matters, with emphasis in construction, real estate finance, purchase and sale, commercial lease, real estate brokerage and insurance issues. He has argued successfully before the California Supreme Court.
Mr. Goldberg has been involved in complex trial and appellate litigation, including:

- Broker fraud and misconduct
- Independent contractor issues
- Workouts and judicial foreclosures

Mr. Goldberg is a past president of Congregation Beth Israel. He is a past vice president of the Jewish Federation of San Diego County, chair of its Community Relations and Audit Committees and is currently its General Counsel. His other activities have included being:
- Founding trustee of the City of San Diego Housing Trust Fund
- President of SAY, San Diego
- Regional vice president of the Union for Reform Judaism (URJ)
- Member of the URJ Commission on Social Justice
- Board member of Hillel of San Diego
