Two lawyers with HechtSolberg have been included in the 2022 “Women of Influence in Law Top 50” list by San Diego Business Journal. Jennifer C. Wolfe and Márcia H. Yafuso Loeffelholz both received this honorable designation.
Jennifer C. Wolfe joined HechtSolberg in 2017 and from the outset has demonstrated the ability to engender confidence with existing and new clients of the firm. Wolfe practices in the areas of real estate, finance, and business transactions. Her clients include commercial property owners and developers, commercial landlords and tenants, utility companies, banks, asset managers, educational institutions, restaurant operators, hospitality companies, medical offices, and non-profits. She is also actively involved in the Lawyers Club of San Diego and the Alumni Association of Duke University, and serves as a board member for her church.
Márcia H. Yafuso Loeffelholz joined HechtSolberg in 2018 and plays an integral role in mentoring and training the Firm’s associates on maintaining client relationships. Yafuso Loeffelholz specializes in real estate and business transaction matters with a focus on acquisitions, dispositions, financing transactions, commercial leasing, entity formation, and general business matters. Most recently, she has grown a practice advising non-profit organizations on bond financing. Yafuso Loeffelholz is a graduate of LEAD San Diego – Advance class of 2020 where she has gained a keen insight into the San Diego region and brings that perspective to bear in advising clients. She is a member of the board of Survivors of Torture, International, and is also actively involved in other non-profit organizations in town.
